Coffee dates are one of my favorite ways to catch up with girlfriends, meet with fellow entrepreneurs, and enjoy lazy weekend mornings. There are so many cool places to grab coffee in Philly that it was hard to narrow it down, but these four spots are ones that I frequent (or wish I did)!
La Colombe Fishtown*
1335 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia
We shot part of our F/W ’15 campaign here because I fell in love with the marquis lights, but the coffee at La Colombe is as amazing as the atmosphere. It’s is a great spot to grab a delicious latte (they’ll even fulfill a request for the prettiest drink on the menu & not think you’re crazy). Not near Fishtown? They have two center city locations, too.
Plenty Café
1602 Spruce Street, Philadelphia
Plenty was right around the corner from our last apartment, so I was there all the time for meetings and my morning coffee. They have just about every delicious iced and hot coffee drink you could ever want, indoor and outdoor seating (when weather permits), and a fresh, locally sourced menu full of delicious sandwiches, salads (& brunch on weekends).
Parc
227 S. 18th Street, Philadelphia
With a location right on Rittenhouse Square, you can’t beat Parc for coffee with a side of people watching. Parc is also one of my favorite places to grab cocktails and Sunday brunch; just be sure to grab a seat at one of the outdoor café tables if you can – those are the best seats in the house!
Elixr Café*
207 S. Sydenham Street, Philadelphia
Elixr is a great spot for a relaxed coffee date or working the day away. The café has a chill, rustic/industrial vibe and specializes in unique roasted coffees with interesting flavors (think cold brewed iced coffee with chocolate and caramel undertones).
